THE CHALLENGE

Plenty to say. Nobody with time to say it.

The Rotary Club of Lake Nona and the Lake Nona Chamber of Commerce are run by volunteers with day jobs. The work was happening — projects, meetings, events — but online the clubs went quiet for weeks, and visitors who came to a meeting once were never heard from again.

WHAT WE BUILT

01THE CALENDAR

A content calendar that fills itself.

The club had plenty to say — service projects, speakers, fundraisers — and nobody with time to say it. An AI content system now drafts and schedules the Rotary Club of Lake Nona’s posts, close to one a day.

SCHEDULED AHEAD

Weeks of posts, ready.

WRITTEN FOR THE CLUB

Its projects, its voice.

NEAR-DAILY

50+ posts a month.

02THE CHAMBER

Every event becomes a post on its own.

At the Lake Nona Chamber of Commerce the trigger is the event itself: when one is promoted, the content that announces it is produced automatically. Two organizations, one system, zero manual posting.

EVENT IN, POST OUT

No one retypes it.

TWO ORGS, ONE SYSTEM

Rotary and the Chamber.

ALWAYS ON

Every event covered.

03THE DOOR

Visitors don’t leave as strangers.

At meetings a tablet at the door checks people in and captures every visitor. At one general meeting that meant 37 check-ins and 12 visitors on record — each one reaching the board as a lead instead of a forgotten name tag.

TABLET AT THE DOOR

Works even offline.

VISITORS CAPTURED

12 at a single meeting.

STRAIGHT TO THE BOARD

Leads, not name tags.

04WHY WE DO IT

Our give-back, built like client work.

This is Brantheo’s give-back: the same systems we build for companies, run for the community we live in. No case metric to sell here — just a volunteer board that now shows up online as often as it shows up in person.

VOLUNTEER-RUN

No marketing staff.

CONSISTENT PRESENCE

Every week, not now and then.

COMMUNITY FIRST

Service above self.

HOW WE KNOW

Posting cadence comes from the clubs’ own published feeds. The check-in numbers come from the door app’s records for the September 8, 2026 general meeting. This work is Brantheo’s give-back to Lake Nona; there is no client revenue claim on this page.
